Technical boundary
We report what we can support with evidence.
Field observations and repair records do not become structural-safety, remaining-life, OEM-warranty, electrical-compliance or return-to-service conclusions unless the appropriate engineering authority is separately in place.
Personnel competence
Qualifications are tied to the person and the role.
Individual IRATA and GWO qualifications are not presented as company certification or accreditation. Company-level certifications, approvals and insurance are published only when current documentary evidence supports the exact claim.
