Outside routine direct scope

Authority stays with the responsible specialist.

Major structural blade reconstruction, advanced NDT, independent engineering assessment, internal autonomous inspection, LPS engineering, full turbine servicing and HV work are not marketed as unrestricted Phase 1 in-house capabilities.

Any future specialist route requires separate capability approval and project-specific competence, procedure, equipment, insurance, responsibility, HSE and client acceptance controls.

Project acceptance rule: an enquiry or service listing does not authorise mobilisation. The actual scope and delivery gates are confirmed before commitment.
